Twickenham

On Sunday mum and dad bought us tickets to go to Twickenham, its not everyday the Crusaders play in London so it was an oppurtunity not to miss.

Fortunately it was a great day, the weather was fabulous, the result was brilliant, we saw lots of tries being scored and because we had such great seats we managed to see lots of Dan Carters brilliant kicking skills!

Relaxing in the sun at half time

Hanging out at the end of the game, trying to get 35,000 people back on the train isn't worth rushing for.

Big smiles in an empty twickenham stadium.

Hot dogs for tea on our way home from the rugby. It was about now that we bumped in to "Graham Henry"

Red Nose Day

Last Friday was Red Nose Day and all the kids at school had to wear something red. Our very clever friend Kirsty across the street made me a "Red Ladies" outfit like the pink ladies from Grease, and Zara a Red Nose Dress. We all won prizes for best dressed :)

Liam wore his All Black top for the occassion, just to stand out from the crowd!

With my friends Tilly and Isobel

Ritz

Our very lovely Dad surprised mum and whisked her off for 24 hours of English decadence, and they spent a night at the Ritz

Even the tissues were embossed with the Ritz logo :)

Dad reading up on what to do whilst staying at the Ritz

Afternoon Tea at the Ritz - pulling out all the stops

Check out the double seat, mum and dad got to sit side by side whilst sipping on tea

The lift that took them to their room

Even "The Ritz" does bed and breakfast, although the breakfast sure is a step up from what we are used to

So mum did actually think about us, here is proof that she checked her phone to make sure we were OK!!

And then they had to say goodbye to their "suite" and come back down to reality

And nothing like the London rain to bring you back down to earth.....
