Back to School

Our summer holidays have come to an end and we are now all back at school. Katey is in Year 2, Zara is in Reception and Liam is at little fingers nursery.

Zara's first day at school - she won star of the week at the end of her first week for setting such a good example to all the other students, sitting nicely on the mat, putting her hand up and answering questions nicely.... we are SOOO proud of her!

Tilly & I are in the same class this year, we are very happy :)

Zara Daisy's 5th Birthday

1st September is Zara's birthday and this year she turned 5. The biggest surprise was a special appearance from her favourite people Will & Kate.

Yay Meerkats - thanks Nana & Grandad

This year for Zara's birthday we went to Legoland. It was very very busy and very hot and we had to queue for lots of the rides but we had sooooooo much fun!
This is us getting on the river splash boat...

Me and Tilly on a ferris wheel.
Mum and Liam on the ferris wheel.

Miniland was very cool, it was lots of different cities and countries made entirely out of Lego...

Here we are in Scotland waiting for the train.

Finally home and time for birthday cake... happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Zara, happy birthday to you!
 Pass the parcel....
 Everyone gets a go....

 Even the little ones :)
Thanks to everyone for helping to make Zara's day sooooo special x

The Sleepover

One of the best things we do during our holidays is have lots of sleepovers. Tilly & Flicky came for a sleep over last week and Liam wanted to join us so we had 5 in our bedroom. We watched 2 DVD's and had a midnight feast. It was soooo much fun

Train man Liam

Liam just got a big addition to his train track which means now it is too big for his train table, now it takes up all of the living room floor!

Wimbledon Common

We often head to Wimbledon Common for a chance to get away from it all and take a wander, and everytime we go it is different. This time we actually got lost which added to the fun! Liam played Hide & Seek behind the trees, but sometimes he stood on the wrong side of the trees.

Cookie break.... mmmmm kiwi crisps from Kates Kitchen :)

Dad gives Liam some lessons in tree climbing..

Zara encouraging Liam to get the whole way across the log...
 And he DID IT!!!

Anyone see the windmill??? Oh no we really are lost!!!
